FAULTY PRODUCTS or GOODS
If the goods arrived to you not as described, or damaged beyond reason, we will refund the cost paid for the goods, including delivery fee. This is the actual cost paid by the consumer, after any discount or promotion, for the individual products effected. We do not offer refunds on Gift Cards.
INSPECTION PERIOD
Please inspect your goods upon arrival. If there is an issue, please report within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Beyond 24 hours, refunds are at the discretion of the company.
FORMAT OF REFUND
If your goods are found to be faulty, not as described or damaged beyond reason, your refund will be process electronically via the method in which you paid. This process can take 5-7 and may be delayed by individual banks / financial institutions beyond our control.
