This is one for those with complex personalities... the perfect match. Multi-layered but so much to deep dive into. The quality of the fruit speaks for itself with a significant amount of oak. The usual fruit coming though, Deep black cherries, notes of wood and pice, cocoa, and vanilla. Excellent depth and length of flavour. 

When we say that Bass Phillip's vineyards are located perfectly to produce delicious wine, we are not kidding, mountains to the North and ocean to the South, perfect conditions for long, slow ripening of grapes. Bass Phillip pride themselves on creating wine that are vibrant with fruit and considerable delicacy. if you are feeling fancy, give them a swirl in the glass or give them a decent decanting, perfectly delicious!
