Shiraz fruit sourced from carefully selected sites around South Australia. Parcels of fruit were processed separately. Average of 14 Day fermentation until dry. Minimum oak treatment. Blended to achieve a distinctly South Australian Shiraz.FOOD MATCH
Shiraz can get classed as a bit of a one trick pony - Shiraz and red meat. It works. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Sure. It is worth exploring a little every now and then. Bring it out a little earlier in the night, even at lunch. Sausage Roll and Shiraz? Why not. Treat yourself.RATING
